By downloading or using Habit Tracker, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app. Habit Tracker is provided by Nico Schroeder.
Habit Tracker helps you plan, track, and reflect on habits. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use reminders, Apple Health connections, and quest sharing.
Habit Tracker and all related trademarks, design elements, software, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Nico Schroeder or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, attempt to extract the source code of the app, or create derivative versions unless permitted by applicable law.
Habit Tracker is not medical software and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health-related features are intended for personal tracking only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or health decisions.
Apple Health integration is optional. If you connect a habit to Apple Health, the app may read selected Health data to update that habit automatically. You can change Health permissions in iOS Settings.
Quests can be shared through Apple iCloud. When you join a shared quest, other participants may see shared quest goals, participant information, and quest logs. Do not share quests with people you do not trust.
Habit Tracker is available as a free app with optional Habit Tracker PRO features. PRO may unlock additional limits, premium features, and other benefits shown inside the app. Available purchase options may include subscriptions and/or one-time purchases. The exact price, duration, trial availability, and included features are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. If you choose an auto-renewable subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the terms are shown in the app before purchase. Any unused trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where permitted by App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. All purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Habit Tracker receives entitlement information from Apple so the app can unlock PRO features. Prices, purchase options, trial availability, and PRO features may change where permitted by App Store rules.
We aim to keep the app reliable, but Habit Tracker is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change, be interrupted, contain errors, or become unavailable. iCloud, Apple Health, App Store purchases, and system notifications depend on Apple services, device settings, network availability, and supported operating system versions.
You may need to install updates to continue using some or all parts of the app. Nico Schroeder may update, suspend, or discontinue Habit Tracker or individual features at any time where permitted by law.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse shared quests, notifications, or other features. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID, device, and iCloud account secure.
Modifying your device through jailbreaking, rooting, unsupported system modifications, or similar actions may reduce security and may affect how the app functions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be provided in the app or through the associated legal page. Continued use of Habit Tracker after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
