Prompterly and all related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Nico Schroeder. You may not copy, modify, distribute, attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app, or create derivative versions of it unless permitted by applicable law.

Nico Schroeder may update Prompterly from time to time in order to improve the app, maintain compatibility, fix issues, or introduce new features. The app is provided on an as-is basis, and while reasonable efforts are made to keep it useful and reliable, no guarantee is given that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for using Prompterly in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Modifying your device through jailbreaking or rooting may reduce security and may affect how the app functions.

Prompterly currently does not require a general internet connection for normal use. Some features, such as browser-based remote use, require access to the same local network or Wi-Fi network as the device running the app. If internet-based features are introduced in the future, these Terms & Conditions may be updated accordingly.

Charges, Subscriptions, and One-Time Purchases

Prompterly is available as a free app with optional Pro features. All Pro features are unlocked either through an active subscription or through a one-time purchase, depending on the option selected by the user.

If you choose a subscription, all Pro features remain unlocked only for as long as the subscription is active. Subscription options may vary, and each subscription may include a free trial period. Once the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are billed to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If you choose a one-time purchase, all Pro features are unlocked permanently for that purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Prices, trial availability, and purchase options may change over time, including as part of product tests or pricing experiments. Any applicable price, billing interval, and trial information will always be shown clearly before you complete a purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Availability and Updates

Prompterly is currently available on iOS. Device requirements, supported operating system versions, and available features may change over time. You may need to install updates in order to continue using some or all parts of the app.

Nico Schroeder may suspend or discontinue Prompterly, in whole or in part, at any time. If use of the app is terminated, the rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will end and you must stop using the app.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app or through the associated legal page. Continued use of Prompterly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of May 1, 2026.
